My darling fiancée,

I love you and I miss you.

and I miss you - both so much! Yesterday became a nightmare of a day scheduling wise. It seemed everything got moved. Hence I didn't finish yesterday's letter.

It started with practising. That went very well. I made two videos which I posted to my blog. Then I had to go to work to do some paperwork and go to a short production meeting. My physis therapist called and rescheduled my appointment - moving it up to Ipin. It was a scramide to get lunch. Went to Subway and I got one of the Beyond-meat Meatball subs. It was very good. I was surprised!! Caught the bus to the hospital. Same exercises for therapy: but they added a new one- resistance, - which is playing with putty. After therapy it was a meeting at the church for something I'm thinking of getting involved in. (Aside: You were night about the RC church being more vibrant- I am getting involved) Then I had to до to the library. I had a book to pick up. Had to get some groceries and then home. I made an interesting one skillet dinner and then read untib I fell asleep.

Today is another late start. I was supposed to go to Woodstock, but after speaking with Giacomo we are asking for an adjournment because we will speak about how we are going forward. I really want to speak with you and I'm going to find a way Page 73



(Wait, I miss you both so much?? Who is both? Does he mean me and one of my kids? Does he mean me and his ex-wife, who I have always assumed that he keeps a similar book of crazy letters for? Is he confusing me with someone else? So many questions by his use of the word both...Ah, reference to his old blog... too bad it's no longer there for the world to see just what kinds of things would be posted there. Funny reference to Subway... in the entire time I knew him, he never went out to eat unless someone else was paying, except for once. Makes me wonder who bought Subway for him. Ah, Woodstock, that's a reference to the court case. In December 2019 the Crown Attorney met with me to say that Asshole was going to enter a guilty plea next court date... Now from this letter he says that he asked for an adjournment. He managed to delay pleading guilty for 3 months. Lovely justice system we have.)

I had a few errands to run. After my afternoon. work committments I came home and had a nap before RCIA. RCIA was interesting. We started the Eucharist. It's a two week item on the list. Fr. Chris was interesting I really wish you were there. Came home and went to bed Very tired.


(How does a single guy, with no access to his children, with no real job, have so many errands? He is always running errands. I run a household with three kids, volunteer with an organization, work, etc and I don't have nearly the number of errands that he does. I have a feeling that he is just making this up at this point. I wonder if he actually attended the RCIA training. I realize that every church is different, but what he keeps describing is different than how it's run at my church. Makes me wonder if he did a Google search and is basing everything off of a different Diocese of Catholic churches...)

Is This a Smear Campaign?

 Asshole keeps posting about the smear campaign against him. He is really hung up on saying that there are six individuals with the initials RJJANE that are out to get him. He won't name names of course, because he knows that he is wrong, and in naming those six individuals, he will actually be violating various probation and release conditions set out by the courts. It got me thinking though, what exactly is a smear campaign? Oxford Languages Dictionary, which is the dictionary that Google relies on, states that it is a  "a plan to  discredit  a public figure by making false or  dubious   accusations ." Well, Asshole definitely is not a public figure, although he sure thinks that he is. An Interesting Update on our Canadian Justice System

 Well, it's been a hot minute, hasn't it! Things have been mostly quiet while Asshole appeals a conviction that he received back in late 2023. The system is slow and takes forever. While the conviction is under publication ban, his appeal is not. However I will avoid saying much more than that, as I don't want to risk mixing up what is and isn't under publication ban. What I will say, is that given the number of convictions he has with me as the victim, that made him a repeat offender with the case that "concluded" in the fall of 2023. As part of the appeal in that case, Asshole's infinitely smart lawyer has decided to have Asshole appeal his guilty pleas in my cases. Yep, you heard that right! In 2020 and again in 2022 Asshole plead guilty to Criminal Harassment, breach of probation, etc. Plead guilty because he knew that he was guilty. Now, 4 years later, they are appealing those guilty please. If he does that, then my cases will be forced to go to trial...

This resource is a place to access a multitude of services in Ontario, including Justice Services Online. What is Justice Services Online you ask. Well, it is a place for people to go and check information about their upcoming court dates. It is a fully searchable system for upcoming court dates. This means that you can't search closed cases here. With the information I had on July 3, 2019 (after Police gave me the information) I know now that if I had done a search on this site, I would have had that information in March 2019,and saved myself a lot of headaches.
